1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mysupertutors.com (“the Website”) and all services offered by Super Tutors (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing, purchasing, or using any Super Tutors service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Our Services

Super Tutors offers three categories of academic support:

a) Writing Help
You upload assignment instructions (essay, research paper, journal, lab report, etc.), select topic, length, notes, and deadline. We prepare a custom written solution and deliver it back to you digitally.

b) Course Packs / Course Support
We provide university-specific support bundles, which may include: pre-recorded video lessons mapped to your syllabus, solved assignments/problem sets, mock exams or past exam walkthroughs, key summaries or cheat sheets (if applicable), and access to a tutor for clarification.

c) Live 1:1 Online Tutoring
You schedule a session by choosing subject, preferred time, and any comments. A tutor meets you online to walk through concepts step by step.

3. Academic Responsibility / Honor Code

Our content is for learning support, practice, planning, and reference.
You are fully responsible for how you submit or present any material we provide.

You agree that you will follow your institution’s academic policies, plagiarism rules, and honor code. Super Tutors is not responsible for academic penalties, grade outcomes, disciplinary actions, or any consequences arising from misuse of our work.

We do not guarantee grades, pass/fail outcomes, GPA improvements, or academic awards.

4. Eligibility

You must be:

Legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and
Of legal age under your local laws to purchase educational services, or acting with parental/guardian consent.
By using our Website, you confirm this.

5. Placing an Order / Creating an Account

To use certain services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate info such as your name, contact details, course details, deadlines, and assignment files.

For Writing Help and Course Packs:

You submit requirements.
You select delivery timeline.
You pay in full at checkout.
We begin work / grant access.

For Live Tutoring:

You request a session slot.
You pay/confirm the session.
A tutor is assigned and will meet you online at/around the booked time.

You are responsible for:

Making sure the instructions you give us are complete and correct
Giving realistic deadlines
Keeping your login secure and confidential

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on mysupertutors.com are shown before checkout.
Payment must be completed before work begins or access is granted.

We may use third-party payment processors. By paying, you authorize charges for the service(s) you selected.

If payment is declined or reversed, we may pause or cancel delivery.

7. Delivery of Services

All services are delivered digitally:

Writing Help: delivered via download link, dashboard upload, or email.
Course Packs: delivered through online access to materials after purchase.
Live Tutoring: delivered via live online session / video call / chat-based session.

There is no physical shipment.

Turnaround times are based on the deadline you choose at checkout. If you choose an urgent deadline, you acknowledge that we may prioritize speed over multiple revision cycles.

8. Revisions and Support

Writing Help:
If the delivered file does not follow the original instructions you submitted at checkout, you may request a clarification or revision within a short review window (see “Refund / Cancellation & Delivery Policy” page for details). New or changed instructions may require an additional fee.

Course Packs:
Course Packs are considered delivered once access is granted. Tutor Q&A inside that pack is for clarification of included material, not unlimited private consulting on unrelated work.

Live Tutoring:
Tutors will make reasonable efforts to answer your questions and explain concepts, but they are not obligated to complete graded work live on your behalf.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Our rules for refunds, returns, cancellations, processing timelines, and rescheduling are defined in the “Refund / Cancellation & Delivery Policy” page on mysupertutors.com.
That policy is part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials produced or provided by Super Tutors — including custom-written solutions, videos, slides, cheat sheets, walkthroughs, notes, and other digital content — are licensed to you for personal study use only.

You may not:

Sell, repost, publish, or redistribute our content
Present our tutors’/writers’ work as your own original academic submission if doing so violates your institution’s policies
Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download our content

You confirm that any materials you upload (assignment prompts, lecture slides, professor notes, etc.) are yours to share or you have the right to share them with us for educational support.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Super Tutors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; lost opportunities; lost grades; or academic penalties.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service in dispute.

Some regions do not allow certain liability limitations. Where prohibited, those limits will not apply.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, available on mysupertutors.com and linked from the homepage. By using our services, you consent to that Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless your local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute should first be raised with us at ceo@mysupertutors.com so we can attempt an informal resolution.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective once published on mysupertutors.com. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
